About Me

I'm Guillean Arradaza, co-founder of Kinetic Real Estate, and I've been making waves in the industry since 2017. I began my real estate career as an associate agent and I am now part of the top 1% producing team in San Mateo County. Throughout my entire career, I've had the privilege of helping over 200 families secure their dream homes, fostering unparalleled trust with my clients.

Serving as both a buyer and seller's agent, my expertise spans the Bay Area and its surrounding cities. Aiding families who require expert help in their real estate affairs is something I genuinely enjoy.

In 2021, I celebrated the successful closure of over 50 transactions, bringing in a remarkable $40 million in sales volume. My commitment and tenacity for excellent service earned my company the honor of being the #1 Zillow Flex partner within our brokerage.

My journey started with a big move from the Philippines to San Francisco's Mission District at a young age. I've always believed in seizing opportunities and working hard to achieve one's goals, all while inspiring others to do the same. As a mother, natural-born leader, mentor, and active community member, I am passionate about building relationships and nurturing go-getters.

You'll often find me hosting empowering events for women, visiting local middle schools on career day, and conducting workshops and webinars to equip first-time homebuyers with the needed knowledge. I'm also dedicated to supporting fellow agents on their paths to success.

Armed with a bachelor's degree in Communication from California State University – Sacramento and an unwavering drive to inspire, I've facilitated events empowering individuals in their careers and offered one-on-one coaching through the successful launch of my Sales Agent Secrets Course.

Through diligent effort, I want to ensure that my clients can build wealth in real estate, and, more importantly, build everlasting relationships. I make the pursuit of success contagious, rooted in both business practicality and the profound impact on the lives of real people. My inspiration comes from my humble beginnings and my big why - my family and my daughter.
