Get to Know Me

As Kinetic Real Estate’s Director of Operations, Tien Le is on a mission to help both buyers and sellers achieve their homeownership goals. She works diligently to support this team of powerhouse agents so they can best serve you, and she’s kind, patient, and willing to listen. Her background as a certified nursing assistant makes knowing what clients need second nature, and Tien stays one step ahead to ensure that Kinetic achieves its ultimate goal: every client’s success.
 
Although born in Malaysia, Tien came to the Bay Area before the tender age of one. She grew up in Sacramento and graduated from Sacramento State College, where she received her degree in liberal arts. In 2018, she discovered her real estate passion, earned her license, and has been thriving ever since. Tien keeps Kinetic together through meticulous attention to detail and hard work, and she is always ready to help any way she can.
 
When she isn’t dominating the real estate market with her team, she’s spending time with her two sons, her friends, and her family. She doesn’t consider herself the best cook, but she loves the instant pot and is always willing to try.
