Guillean Arradaza is a Bay Area native, born and raised in San Francisco's Mission District — and that local roots run deep in everything she does. As Co-Founder of Kinetic Real Estate and a top 1% producing agent in San Mateo County, Guillean brings both the expertise and the genuine care that first-time home buyers and Bay Area families deserve.

Whether you're a tech professional relocating from out of state, a growing family searching for more space, or someone buying your very first home, Guillean understands what's at stake. She's been through it herself. Her mission is simple: help her clients build real wealth through real estate — while making the process feel less overwhelming and a lot more human.

Guillean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University Sacramento and has built a team culture at Kinetic Real Estate that puts people first. When she's not helping clients navigate the Bay Area market, she's drawing inspiration from her biggest why: her family and her daughter.
