The American dream is available to many people, but few value it more than recent immigrants. Juan Ruan’s parents immigrated from China and lived in Mexico until they moved to Southern California when he was 10. His parents owned a small restaurant and worked there seven days a week, all year long, and sank their life savings into buying a home.
Steeped in the principles of hard work throughout his humble upbringing, Juan understood how distant a dream home could be to many people. He dove into business when he was 18 and developed a portfolio of more than 100 Airbnb properties in the Bay Area. The experience shifted his perception of what is possible in real estate.
Working with the Kinetic Real Estate team has further inspired Juan to create lifelong relationships with clients and other agents. He’s driven to create opportunities for his clients to build wealth and accomplish their financial goals through real estate, striving to represent them with integrity and keeping in mind the importance of their experience in any transaction.
In his spare time, Juan regularly volunteers at Vive Church in Palo Alto, CA. Along the way, he’s been a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities since 2012 and has held an annual dinner for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Stanford since 2015. On his own, Juan likes trying new foods, traveling, working out, and indulging his fascination with sports cars.
